Membership refund policy

Our refund policy is simple. A membership refund must be applied for within fourteen days, Our membership payments are non-refundable so start with one of the FREE memberships until you are certain. It’s easy to upgrade later. 

Should you decide to sign up for the PRO or HOT membership at the start instead of one of the FREE memberships and find it’s not for you, we will not refund the membership payment. 


Our resources are digital, and delivered to you electronically. Unlike a physical book or product, PDFs, video files, or other digital document formats can’t be returned once they’ve been downloaded. By this logic, all sales in our marketplace are considered final and are nonrefundable. Rules are rules!

However, we sometimes allow exceptions for the following categories:


If a resource file is damaged or is missing content. For example, if the resource is supposed to have high-resolution pictures of exotic cats, but the images look pixelated and chewed up as if cats have just attempted to eat them.

Missing Part 

If your resource advertised six pdfs and one video but five pdfs are missing.


If a resource preview or description misrepresents what is actually contained therein. For example, if the resource claims to have 50 pictures of cute puppies, but only 10 pictures of grumpy cats are present upon downloading.

Technical Limitations 

If you are unable to utilise a resource or access it because certain technical requirements weren’t included in the product description. For example, if a resource requires Interactive White Board to run, but doesn’t list IWB anywhere on the product page and/or you don’t have access to IWB.

Refund Requests

Refund requests for resources MUST be submitted within 14 days of your purchase and ILOVETOTEACH101 still has the right to deny them following our review. If you understand all of these terms and think you have grounds for a refund, you can submit a request here.

If you have problems getting ILOVETOTEACH101 products to work as advertised, we will be happy to investigate the problem. However, application for refunds MUST be made within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be given so check your digital downloads as soon after purchase that you can. Please note that before a refund can be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by sending us a ‘submit a request’ within those 14 days.

We cannot provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased product/s. As this is a digital product, it’s the only way we have to protect our business.

Therefore all requests for a refund MUST be initiated through the standard contact form within the refund period.

If the ILOVETOTEACH101 Seller and Support Staff cannot get the product up and running as advertised within 14 working days of your application for refund, we will refund you from the vendors account. Access to the product terminates when the refund is processed.

Refunds will not be considered under any of the following circumstances:

  • You’ve changed your mind.
  • You’ve decided it is not what you need.
  • Your purchase is older than 14 days (no exceptions)
  • You’ve found a different product.
  • You don’t have the time to use the product right now.
  • Your computer equipment does not meet minimum system requirements as advertised.
  • Product purchase error if the product was downloaded.

When are refunds issued?

A refund is only issued to the same email address/credit card and account used to make the purchase. Refunds are usually processed within 14 working days.
