Description
Digital Teacher Planner for iPad is a PDF with hyperlinks to keep your teacher life digitally organised. This Gold version of the planner is my favourite which I use every day. I created it for the iPad, but it also syncs to your iPhone and desktop with the GoodNotes pdf reader app.
It’s not possible to write with the apple pencil on my iPhone and desktop but I can write text as normal and it all syncs both ways to each other.
The digital planner will manage your time helping you to organise the priorities of your teacher-life each day.
The digital teacher planner for iPad is evergreen
Want to reduce your annual costs? Then this planner is for you. It is un-dated so once purchased it can be re-used year after year. It is loaded on Google Drive as it is a large file (640MB) and any updates you will have access to.
Though many prefer a physical planner even though it is bulky.
Flexible weekly lesson planning templates
Every teacher is unique with different styles so there are 34 lesson plan templates.
- 9 weekly templates with labelled days down the left side, with 1 to 8 rows for subjects.
- 9 weekly templates with blank days down the left side, with 1 to 8 rows for subjects.
- 8 weekly templates with labelled days across the top, and 1 to 8 columns for subjects.
- 8 weekly templates with the blank days across the top, and 1 to 8 columns for subjects.
- The digital teacher planner for iPad also has 3 daily schedule templates.
An extensive collection of admin templates
The templates help you manage the multiple things a teacher has to juggle each day, such as planning, routines, checklists, grading, tests, academic reports, school outings, parent meetings and so on.
The Digital Teacher Planner for iPad has templates with hyperlinks so you can jump back and forth quickly. Plus, each template can be duplicated as many times as you like.
Stickers are included with the digital teacher planner for ipad
I have created eight pages of golden shades of colour stickers, so you can get started decorating it as soon as you download the planner.
Using the lasso tool in GoodNotes, take your Apple Pencil and draw around the shape you would like to use. Hold your Apple Pencil over what you just circled, until the ‘take screenshot’ menu appears, then click the take screenshot button.
A pop-up window will appear. Tap the square (top right-hand corner) that has an arrow pointing upwards. Then choose where you want to save the image. I choose to ‘save to files’. The image should appear as a thumbnail in the top-right menu. Tap on it, and it will pop up on the page of the planner you are on.
Move the sticker to wherever you like, making it bigger or smaller to fit an area on a planner page. Then you can write on top of it or leave it as is.
The digital planner comes FREE with the Go HERO Course
