Digital Planner with hyperlinks is a PDF to save time and keep you organised. I created it for the iPad (and Apple Pencil – which I LOVE) but you can use it on any tablet with any pdf reader app. I use both Notability and GoodNotes. 

I created it for the iPad, but if you download the desktop version of GoodNotes pdf reader app, you will be able to edit and read it on your laptop. You can do also have it on your iPhone and GoodNotes keeps it all in sync for you.

Though many prefer a physical planner even though it is bulky.

Hyperlinked weekly lesson planning templates

An extensive collection of admin templates

The templates help you manage the multiple things a teacher has to juggle each day, such as planning, routines, checklists, grading, tests, academic reports, school outings, parent meetings and so on. 

The Digital Planner templates are all hyperlinked so you can jump to them quickly. Each template can also be duplicated as many times as you like.

There are eight pages of different shades of blue stickers, so you can get started decorating it as soon as you download this digital planner.

Using the lasso tool in GoodNotes, take your Apple Pencil or stylus and draw around the shape you would like to use. Hold your Apple Pencil over what you just circled, until the ‘take screenshot’ menu appears, then click the take screenshot button.

A pop-up window will appear. Tap the square (top right-hand corner) that has an arrow pointing upwards. Then choose where you want to save the image. I choose to ‘save to files’. The image should appear as a thumbnail in the top-right menu. Tap on it, and it will pop up on the page of the planner you are on.

Move the sticker to wherever you like, making it bigger or smaller to fit an area on a planner page. Then you can write on top of it or leave it as is.
